Lucy-01 is a frame based on Lucy. Lucy (AL 288-1) is a set of bone fragments from a female Australopithecus afarensis, discovered in 1974 near Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She was about 20 years old, 110 cm tall, and weighed around 27 kg. Her pelvis and knee joints indicate she was bipedal, marking a step in human evolution. The name Lucy comes from "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" by The Beatles, played at the researchers' celebration party.
